Homemade Fresh Coconut Macaroons:
You Will Need:
1 1/2 Cups Fresh Coconut
1/3 Cup brown sugar
2 TBS. whole wheat flour
A Pinch of Salt
2 egg whites
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325
Mix freshly grated coconut, sugar, flour, and salt together.
Mix egg whites with vanilla then add.
Drop heaped teaspoons of mix onto nonstick pan.
Bake at 325 for 22-24 minutes or until lightly browned.
Makes 9-12 Macaroons.
